詹启敏简介

詹启敏,中国工程院院士、北京大学博雅讲席教授,北京大学校务委员会副主任。担任北京大学国际癌症研究院院长,北京大学健康医疗大数据国家研究院院长、北京大学肿瘤医院分子肿瘤学实验室主任。担任苏州大学苏州医学院院长。北京大学原常务副校长,北京大学原医学部主任。

教育部长江学者,国家杰出青年基金获得者,国家自然科学基金委创新群体首席专家,国家973重大基础研究项目首席科学家。英国国王大学(Kings College)荣誉教授,英国曼切斯特大学(University of Manchester)荣誉教授,日本顺天堂大学客座教授,日本庆应义塾大学客座教授。

现任中国医师协会副会长、中国抗癌协会副理事长、中国医疗保健国际交流促进会副会长、中国微循环学会副理事长、欧美同学会海外医师协会会长。国家科技部生物技术发展战略咨询专家委员会主任,国家卫健委科技创新专家委员会副主任,国务院学位委员会第八届学科评议组(临床医学和医学技术组)召集人”,第五届国家科学技术奖励委员会委员。

主要致力于肿瘤分子生物学和转化医学研究,在细胞周期调控、基因组稳定性和细胞癌变机制研究中取得原创性和系统性成果,从较深的层面揭示了抑癌基因在调控细胞周期和维持基因组稳定性中的功能,丰富了人们对抑癌基因在细胞周期检测点、基因组稳定性和基因调控中生物学作用的认识。在基因组水平全面系统的揭示了食管鳞癌的遗传突变背景,为了解食管鳞癌的发病机理、寻找食管鳞癌诊断的分子标志物、确定研发临床治疗的药物靶点以及制定有效治疗方案提供了理论和实验依据。在国际医学生物学杂志上发表学术论文270余篇,包括Nature、Cell、Science、Cell Research、STTT、JCI、PNAS、EMBO、Molecular Cancer、JEV、Cancer Research、Oncogene等。出版学术著作7部,获得授权专利15项。应邀在国内外学术会议上作大会报告120余次,15次担任国际学术会议主席。

荣获教育部自然科学一等奖,华夏医学科技奖一等奖,中国抗癌协会科技一等奖,获国家科技部“十一五”国家科技计划执行突出贡献奖,中国研究型医院协会中国医学科学家奖,中国微循环学会终身成就奖。被凤凰网评为改革开放《致敬四十年盛典“时代人物”》(2018),“健康中国(2019)• 十大年度人物”,“树兰医学奖(2021)”,“十大医学杰出贡献专家(2022)”。
