李文庆博士是北京大学博士(2010年毕业),已在高水平SCI收录杂志上发表84篇论文,累计影响因子约526分。11篇原著性文章发表在影响因子>10的杂志上,包括了Journal
of Clinical Oncology、 JAMA Internal Medicine、Journal of National Cancer
Institute和hepatology等著名杂志。参编英文著作两部。另有摘要性英文文章33篇,中文文章6篇。曾获中国抗癌协会优秀中青年论文二等奖、北京大学优秀博士论文二等奖等奖励。担任中国抗癌协会青年理事会副理事长、中国抗癌协会肿瘤流行病学专业委员会委员、SCI收录杂志British

主要研究领域及代表性成果:
专业领域为肿瘤流行病学和分子流行病学,在上消化道肿瘤和皮肤癌流行病学领域取得了重要进展。
1). 上消化道肿瘤流行病学。
首次发现根除H.pylori感染在重症胃黏膜病变患者和老年人中有显著的胃癌预防效果,为社区层面胃癌预防提供了重要证据,并支持胃内共生菌在胃癌癌变进程后期起关键作用。一系列后GWAS相关研究发现一系列与上消化道肿瘤家族史或其发生与预后有关的遗传因素,进一步揭示家族性上消化道肿瘤的病因。
2). 发现新的皮肤癌相关因素,识别遗传-环境交互作用与皮肤癌的关系
首次发现服用西地那非(商品名伟哥)增加皮肤恶性黑色素瘤的发生风险。首次进行基于雄激素假说和日晒依赖的黑色素瘤大型流行病学研究。群体遗传学研究发现黑色素瘤及其它皮肤癌的遗传相关因素,研究支持基因-环境交互作用与皮肤癌发生密切相关。
3). 其他中国人群高发肿瘤流行病学研究
全表观基因组关联研究发现吸烟可通过增强子活化,导致肺组织多个尼古丁代谢或肿瘤进展相关基因低甲基化,表明环境因素诱导的调节元件在肺癌发生过程中起重要作用。
